Fun, inspiring, deeply renewing, and sane. For Everyone...........all ages and experience levels welcome. (As a workshop, this material can be formatted to fit your group's needs and time constraints. Minimum half day, maximum 5 day.........Weekend retreat or on-going classes)

2) "Playing It By Ear, Improvisation in Life and Art"

The performance aspect of "Authentic Voice" in which participants are given individual attention on stage, in front of the group. 2 day minimum.

3) "The Wild Woman Archetype"

Weekend or week-long retreat exploring and expressing the earthy artistic intuitive power of the feminine nature through

• The creative process: Music, art, improvisation, humor, & play
• Tuning the body: Movement, chi kung, sound, and meditation
• Direct Knowing: Dreams, intuition & mindful aspecting
• Earth wisdom
